These 8 Guidelines videos are designed to give staff an overview of the more common themes we heard from parents. There will be many other themes, issues and practical points that we can learn from, and some of these can be heard in the parent stories section of the website.  We have also provided additional resources such as written guidelines and teaching slides for download.
